SAMARTH was incorporated in 1993 by the
ambitious techno craft Mr. Munil Sinha, who started the activity in
manufacturing & project activity for the well know air technology
business houses.
SAMARTH has provided national &
international services for manufacturing and execution of the
textiles & non textiles industries with its technical expertise &
experience. Now, the company is strengthened with four small scale
manufacturing set-up providing air technology plants &
equipments.
In our infrastructure, SAMARTH has
experienced engineers and designers with most advanced software to
design the product with state-of-the-art technology. We have a
manufacturing setup having 3500 Sq. mt floor area including with all
manufacturing plants & machinery.

INSULATION.
EQUIPMENT SPECIFICATION
TEXTILES:
THE RETURN AIR FAN SHALL DRAW DESIGN
AIR QUANTITY FROM THE DEPARTMENT ACROSS THE RETURNAIR FLOOR GRILLES,
TRENCHES, RETURN AIR SHAFT AND FILTER. THE SUPPLY AIR FAN SHALL
DELIVER DESIGN AIR QUANTITY TO THE DEPARTMENT THROUGH DIFFUSER AND
DUCTS AFTER DRAWING FRESH AIR FROM OUTSIDE ACROSS THE DAMPERS, AIR
WASHER, AND ELIMINATORS.TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF THE VARIOUS
EQUIPMENT SHALL BE AS FOLLOWS,
FANS:
Make propeller type, axial flow fans
made of aerofoil section aluminum dia casting. The fan shall be
statically & dynamically balanced. The blades shall be of
variable pitch with a blade angle variation available from 12.5
degrees to 35 degrees. The fan casing shall be in heavy gauge steel
construction.
Size: 450 to 1980 mm SWEEP Capacity: 2000 to 200000 CMH Pressure: Up to 65 mm WG
PUMPSET:
Pump set shall be KSB / Equivalent make
mono bloc type with CI construction to deliver required quantity of
water at required head.
DAMPERS:
Dampers shall be of, made of extruded
aluminum aerofoil section blades with GI box type casing. Damper
operation shall be opposed blade by means of operating lever on the
casing. Locking arrangement on the operating lever is not provided to
facilitate actuator connection, while installing automatic controls.
The necessary grouting frame also shall be provided.
AIR TIGHT DOORS:
Air tight doors shall be double skinned
type with insulation material complete with grouting frame , rubber
gasket and handles.
AIR WASHERS:
- Air washer shall consist of PVC air
inlet louvers, spray piping and PVC eliminators with required
fixtures.
- Spray piping shall be made of GI / HDPE
pipes with two spray banks, nozzles, risers and Headers shall be as
per supplier design.
- Drain and overflow pipes with valves
and further piping to drain the water from the tank shall be provided
by you.
- Nozzles shall be of Polycarbonate with
stainless steel cap with a clamping arrangement and non-clogging
characteristics.
- Eliminators shall be PVC for effective
water elimination with necessary fixing.
- Screen filters of nylon mesh with steel
frame work shall be provided for water filtration in two rows.
SUPPLY AIR DIFFUSERS:
Supply air shall be diffused in the
department by means of continuous diffusers (Baffle Plates) with
volume control arrangement.
AUTOMATIC ROTARY DRUM FILTERS:
Automatic Rotary Drum Filter shall have
rotating type drum made of perforated steel sheet with sturdy
mounting frames. This will have required drive mechanism and geared
motor along with suction nozzle connected with suitable flexible
suction hose, for automatic cleaning of dust and fluff. The drum
shall be fitted with special imported filter media. This unit shall
work in conjunction with a dust collector with suction fan of radial
bladed type impeller with motor.
RETURN AIR FLOOR GRILLES / SLITS:
- Return air floor grilles shall be made
out of MS flat / round bar with MS grouting frames.
- For Ring frame department MS galvanized
slit shall be provided. Floor grille and slit shall be grouted along
with civil work.
ELECTRICAL PANELS:
Floor standing cubicle type motor
control center complete with necessary busbar chamber, incoming and
outgoing switch fuse units, starters, ammeter, voltmeter, indicating
lamps, SFU. The SFU, starters, contactors etc. shall be of Siemens /
Equivalent make.
AUTOMATIC CONTROLS:
Automatic controls shall be electronic
type of European make. Each plant shall be provided with such a
system consisting of sensors / transmitters, controllers, damper
actuators etc. the round the clock data is recorded and it can be
obtained from the computers whenever required.
TECHNICAL DETAILS OF WASTE RECOVERY
EQUIPMENT
ROTARY SCREEN FILTER (PREFILTER):
Used for cleaning air with high
concentration of dust and fibers. Its filtering property, high
separation capacity and low dimensions make it particularly versatile
and employable as separator for air discharged by blow room and
carding machines. The inlet air addressed to the lower side of
housing, crosses filtering screen lodging on it a mat of fibers. A
radial nozzle sucks stored waste and conveys it to a compactor.
Three models are available for covering
air flow rates ranging from 6,000 to 60,000 cmh. Our screen filter
adds to its versatility and lowest dimensions a very low pressure
drop and less power consumption.
FIBRE COMPACTOR:
- Designed for collection and compression
of waste arising from a separation system or coming from an
intermittent suction of blowing, carding or combing machinery.
- Waste separated inside compactor is
discharged in compressed form so that volume is considerably
reduced.
- Transport air comes tangentially in the
upper side of equipment and, in consequence of inertia, conveys
impurities to the bottom, flowing down through a filtering sleeve
afterwards.
- Separated waste is seized by the
horizontal feeding screw placed at the bottom of the equipment and
driven out through a restraining valve which produces the compression
of the material.
HIGH EFFICIENCY CENTRIFUGAL FANS:
a) MAIN FANS
- Double inlet belt drive design
- Impeller with backward curved blades
- Impeller dynamically balanced
- Impeller and casing in welded design
- Air quantity 5000 to 120000 cmh
- To develop pressure of –500 to -4000
Pa range
These fans are designed to work at high
static pressure for a wide range of air quantity at high efficiency.
b) TRANSPORT FANS
For transport of waste / fiber or dust
laden air Depending on application, the fiber / air transport fans
are located between pre filters and compactor / or before / after the
waste recovery equipment. These fans are single inlet type suitable
for wall or foot mounting depending on sizes. So also the drive
arrangement shall be direct or belt depending on application.

of manufacture, and execution, whereby the end product is word –

FACILITIES
Design section is equipped with modern
& latest computers, color printers & plotters which have it’s
software packages for heat load calculations, fan selection, Duct’
designing and detailed.
EXECUTION
Project plans are prepared for proper
execution of the project following activities to be followed:
1. Pert chart / CPM charts / Bar charts
are prepared 2. on receipt of finally approved
drawing / data sheet, bill of quantity. Is prepared for procurement
Vendors / sub – vendors are finalized for procurement of the
material. Contractor and sub contractors for fabrication &
erection are decide and finalized. A separate bill of qty. for self
manufactured items and the bought out equipments is prepared. 3. Billing Break-up is given to the
customer for their approval. 4. Copies of all the documents are
forwarded to the office responsible for carrying out the site
activities still completion of project.
MANUFACTURING
- After receipt of order, during detail
engineering, quality assurance plans of self manufactured items is
submitted to customer / consultant for their approval.
- Manufacturing is started after getting
clearance / final approval QAP & drawing from customer /
consultant.
- For each stages of manufacturing i.e.
from procurement of raw material to final testing of product, QAP is
followed and necessary records are maintained for customers /
consultant review.
- The final testing of equipment is done
as per the approved data sheet drawings to be carried out prior to
offer to the customer / consultant by factory inspection department.
- Material to be dispatched only after
receiving material dispatch clearance from customer / consultant.
PROCUREMENT OF "BOUGHT OUT" ITEM
- After receipt of order, during detail
engineering, the technical data sheet of the equipments to be
purchased and to be submitted to customer / consultant for approval.
- After receipt of approval of data sheet
. Items to be clear order and same should be of approved make only.
- If new make is to be ordered, approval
to be taken from customer / consultant (this should be avoided not to
have delay in supply). Required documents from the supplier /
manufacturer of the items to be purchased and shall be submitted to
customer / consultant.
- After getting manufacturing clearance
and approval of documents, we shall give manufacturing clearance
along with all documents to the supplier.
- All documents related to inspection &
testing to be checked by our inspection deptt, prior to offering the
items to the customer / consultant. Material to be dispatched only
after receiving the material dispatch clearance from customer /
consultant.
ERECTION, COMMISSIONING & TESTING
RECEIPT & STORAGE AT SITE
- On receipt of material at site, it is
checked as per material Dispatch list and any shortage or damage must
be notified and inspection must be requested for all shortages or
damages.
- During unloading & handling, care
is exercised to prevent damage or distortion. Good rigging techniques
should be applied.
- Storage area to be selected with a good
level, The equipment stored in open atmosphere should be put on
wooden bars and covered with tarpolin. The electrical items if any
like motors, starters, cables and other non ferrous small items
should be stored in covered shed. The periodic inspection is done to
atmospheric conditions.
ERECTION
All site engineers to be provided with
the copy of approved field quality plan. All the erection manual for
the bought out item to be made available at site. Erection of all the
equipments / plants shall be carried out strictly as per the
instruction in the manual and records to be maintained as per the
filed quality plan.
FIELD QUALITY PLANS
Samarth believes in quality. Various
documents are prepared as standard for field quality plans of air
washer, centrifugal fans, axial flow fans & ducting, etc. all the
points to be maintained for review of senior personal before stating
the plant.
TESTING
Testing of plant and equipment to be
carried out as per the above test Procedure, Result of temperature
humidity overpressure, air quantities and Power consumption of all
motors to be recorded.
